Acceptance of the Blueprint
By accessing the 108 LifeStyle platform, website, or our proprietary Groupsite.com community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This is a binding agreement between you and 108 LifeStyle. If you do not agree to these "Battle-Tested" standards, you may not participate in the Ascent.

Eligibility & The Vanguard Standard
Our services are engineered for high-achieving women, specifically Vanguard Scholars and Peak Performers.
AGE
You must be at least 18 years of age.
INTEGRITY
You agree to provide accurate physiological and academic data. Misrepresentation of your "Blueprint" is grounds for immediate removal from the program.

The Four Pillars of Engagement
Your membership provides access to our proprietary "Life Architects." You agree to engage with these pillars with professional decorum:
Exercise & Fitness (Coaches)
You acknowledge that physical training carries inherent risks. You represent that you are physically capable of the protocols designed by maría.
Mental Health Wellness (Coaches)
Our "Life Architects" provide high-level coaching and wellness strategies. This is not a substitute for clinical psychiatric treatment for acute medical conditions.
Nutrition & Dietetics (Coaches)
Nutritional plans are for performance optimization. Consult with a primary physician before making radical metabolic changes.
Relationship Content
All proprietary content shared within the 108 network is for your personal growth and is strictly confidential.

Performance-Based Incentives & Rewards
The 108 LifeStyle is a results-driven ecosystem.
Verification
Rewards (including Platinum apparel and White Gold jewelry) are unlocked only through verified attendance and goal achievement.
Coach Approval
All performance milestones must be "Battle-Tested" and approved by our Coaches.
Discretion
108 LifeStyle reserves the right to audit performance data. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. They are symbols of your elite status.

The Groupsite.com Code of Conduct
Our community is a Revolutionary Network. To maintain the "Structured Sanctuary" of our digital space:

Zero Tolerance: Harassment, "low-vibe" communication, or the sharing of non-108 authorized solicitations will result in an immediate "Sanitization" (ban) of your account.

Confidentiality: What is discussed within the 108 Vanguard stays within the 108 Vanguard. Screenshots or leaks of community content are a breach of the Sovereign Contract.

Intellectual Property & Branding
The 108 LifeStyle Logo (Platinum), the "Blueprint" methodology, and all video/image assets featuring our Coaches are the exclusive property of 108 LifeStyle.
You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent from our management team (coordinated by info@108lifestyle.com).
Any "Synthetic Intelligence" insights generated by Tamila remain the intellectual property of the brand.

Subscription, Payments, and Cancellations
Billing
Fees are processed through secure, USA-based gateways.
Cancellations
You may pause your Ascent at any time. However, access to the Groupsite and Coach-led sessions will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our Life Architecture and AI-driven protocols, refunds are generally not provided once a "Biological Audit" has been performed.

Limitation of Liability
108 LifeStyle provides the framework for your ascent, but your results are dependent on your discipline. We are not liable for the failure to achieve specific academic or physical outcomes. We provide the map; you must walk the path.

Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our founding headquarters.
