Program Overview
The Program is designed to encourage and reward Members for engagement, consistency, performance, and contributions to the 108 LifeStyle platform across fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness activities.

General Eligibility
To be eligible for consideration under the Program, Members must:
Maintain an active 108 LifeStyle membership for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days.
Remain in good standing at all times.
Comply with all applicable platform rules, policies, and community guidelines.
Meet all applicable tier-specific requirements. 108 LifeStyle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility at any time.

Evaluation & Selection
Members may be evaluated and ranked based on factors including, but not limited to:
Attendance
Performance grades
Engagement with the platform
Referrals
Community participation. Meeting minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection for any reward or incentive. All determinations regarding scoring, ranking, and selection are made solely at the discretion of 108 LifeStyle and are final and binding.

Tier-Based Eligibility Requirements
4.1 White Tier (Entry Level) Eligible for: Apparel-Level Rewards only Requirements:
- Minimum 92% class attendance rate for thirty (30) or more days.
- "A" grade from exercise and fitness consultant(s).
- Additional Consideration: After meeting minimum requirements, total class attendance volume may be considered regardless of grade or attendance percentage.
4.2 Fire Tier Eligible for: Equipment-Level Rewards Requirements:
- Minimum 92% class attendance rate for thirty (30) or more days.
- At least one (1) verified referral who becomes a paying member and remains active for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
- Additional Consideration: After meeting minimum requirements, total class attendance volume may be considered regardless of grade or attendance percentage.
4.3 Platinum Tier Eligible for: Self-Care Rewards Requirements:
- Minimum 92% class attendance rate over at least one hundred eighty (180) days.
- "A" grade from exercise and fitness consultant(s).
- "A" grade from the nutrition coach.
- Additional Consideration: After meeting minimum requirements, total class attendance volume may be considered regardless of grade or attendance percentage.
4.4 Black Tier Eligible for: Incentive-Level Rewards Requirements:
- Minimum 90% class attendance rate over at least one hundred eighty (180) days.
- "A" grade from exercise and fitness consultant(s).
- "A" grade from the mental health coach.
- Confirmed reading and engaging with the Relationship Content section of the platform.
- Active membership in good standing.
- At least three (3) verified referrals who become paying members.

Travel & Rewards Incentive Package Eligibility is strictly limited to Black Tier Members. Requirements: & The Vanguard Standard
Continuous Black Tier Status for a Minimum of Twelve (12) Months.
- A minimum 92% class attendance rate over at least 12 months.
- "A" grade from exercise and fitness consultant(s).
- "A" grade from the nutrition coach.
- "A" grade from the mental health coach.
- Confirmed reading and engaging with the Relationship Content section of the platform.
- Active membership in good standing.
Compliance with all Black Tier performance and engagement requirements. Members at lower tiers are not eligible for this incentive. Additional Consideration: Total class attendance may be considered after minimum requirements are met.

Additional Eligibility Factors The following may increase likelihood of selection but do not guarantee rewards:
Demonstrated stewardship of the 108 LifeStyle brand, including but not limited to: Participation as a Brand Ambassador.
Referral of at least ten (10) new Members.
Purchase of 108 LifeStyle merchandise totaling at least $2,500 USD within a twelve (12) month period.
Engagement with Mentors and Coaches.
Participation in community activities.
Booking and completing paid 12 or more one-on-one sessions with any of the Coaches.

Referrals All referrals must:
Be verified by 108 LifeStyle.
Meet all eligibility requirements.
Remain active paying Members for the required duration of 90 days. 108 LifeStyle reserves the right to reject or disqualify any referral at its sole discretion.

Rewards
- Rewards are subject to availability.
- Rewards may be substituted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
- Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

No Guarantee of Rewards
Participation in the Program does not guarantee receipt of any reward or incentive. Meeting eligibility criteria does not create any entitlement or contractual right to receive a reward or incentive.

Disqualification 108 LifeStyle reserves the right to disqualify any Member for:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Abuse or misuse of the platform.
- Violation of policies or guidelines.
- Conduct deemed inconsistent with the values of 108 LifeStyle.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 108 LifeStyle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in or acceptance or use of any reward.

Program Modifications 108 LifeStyle reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
Change eligibility criteria, rewards, or structure.
Update these Terms without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 108 LifeStyle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program or acceptance or use of any reward.

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Program, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 108 LifeStyle reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
