RESTRICTED USE
Members are granted a non-transferable license for personal metamorphosis. Any unauthorized reproduction, "leaking" of coaching protocols, or commercial use of 108 methodology will result in immediate termination of access and legal recourse to protect our $8M+ valuation assets.

All sales made via X or our integrated TikTok Shop are final once "Metamorphosis" (use) has begun. Exchanges are permitted for sizing errors on unworn "Architect" gear within 14 days.

Our Waist Trainers are sourced through a 34-year legacy partnership. While built for durability, they are intended for use as structural support tools and must be used according to the "108 Safety Protocol."

Apex Scholar: Merit-based Access

Verification: Participation in the free Apex Scholar program requires active .edu verification and periodic transcript audits.

Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke "Apex" status if a student falls below the "A" grade threshold or violates the 108 Community Code of Conduct.

Liability & Structural Integrity
Health Waiver
108 LifeStyle provides the architecture; you provide the effort. Before starting any high-performance HIIT or Strength program, members must consult a physician.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that physical metamorphosis involves inherent risks. 108 LifeStyle and its Expert Team (Nutritionists, Somatic Coaches, etc.) are not liable for injuries resulting from improper form or failure to follow the "Movement Architecture" guidelines.

Subscription & Access Tiers
THE 108 TIER SYSTEM
Membership pricing (Non-Member vs. Member vs. Elite) is subject to the status of your account at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATION
Subscriptions to the 108 Digital Platform can be architected (cancelled) at any time through the member portal. Access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

Data Architecture (Privacy)
Your physiological and academic data is treated with "Executive Privacy." We do not sell member data. It is used exclusively to optimize your "Metamorphosis" results within the 108 ecosystem.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to "Foundational Arbitration" — a private mediation process — before pursuing public litigation, to protect the brand's premium reputation and valuation.

108 LifeStyle is a space for Mind, Movement, and Meals. Every post, comment, and interaction should be architected with purpose.
Protocol: No "filler" content. If you are sharing a win, a struggle, or a question, provide the context. We value clarity with purpose.
02. RECLAIMED OWNERSHIP, NOT VICTIMHOOD
As per our Movement Architects' philosophy, we believe fitness and wellness are tools for reclaiming ownership.
Protocol: While we honor emotional capacity and life stages (The Niamh Pillar), the community is a "Solution-First" environment. We support each other through the struggle, but we always pivot toward the Structural Solution.
03. RADICAL DISCIPLINE & MUTUAL RESPECT
You are training alongside Apex Scholars, high-performance executives, and elite coaches.
Protocol: Toxicity, harassment, or "shrinking" talk — whether toward yourself or others — has no place here. We speak to each other as peers in pursuit of excellence.
04. PROTECTING THE ECOSYSTEM (ANTI-SOLICITATION)
The 108 Community is a sanctuary, not a marketplace for outside vendors.
Protocol: Members may not solicit, sell, or promote outside products or "get rich quick" wellness schemes. The only architecture we build here is the 108 Framework.
05. DATA & PRIVACY INTEGRITY
Our community includes high-profile individuals and students.
Protocol: What is architected within the 108 App stays within the 108 App. Screen-recording coaching sessions or sharing members' personal "Metamorphosis" data (before/afters, transcripts, or vulnerabilities) is a violation of the Executive Privacy clause and results in an immediate, permanent ban.
05. THE "ELITE TIER" STANDARD
Elite Members and Apex Scholars are expected to lead by example.
Protocol: High-tier members are encouraged to mentor newcomers, guiding them through the initial stages of the M3 curriculum. Leadership is the highest form of discipline.

The Structural Warning: A private notification from our Admin Team highlighting the breach of protocol.
STRIKE 02
Access Suspension: A 7-day "Cool-Down" period where digital access is restricted to reflect on the commitment to the community.
STRIKE 03
Permanent Deconstruction: Immediate removal from the 108 LifeStyle ecosystem, forfeiture of "Vanguard" status, and no refund on current subscription cycles.
